How to Book a Tour

  1. Browse our destinations — Explore our Kashmir, Ladakh, and other tour packages on the website.
  2. Choose your package — Select the tour that fits your dates, budget, and group size.
  3. Contact us — Reach out via phone, email, or the booking form to confirm availability.
  4. Confirm your booking — Pay the advance amount to lock in your dates.
  5. Get your itinerary — We’ll send you a detailed day-by-day plan before departure.

Payment & Advance

  • A 30–50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due before or on the day of departure.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash at our office.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations due to natural disasters, roadblocks, or government restrictions will be handled on a case-by-case basis with full support from our team.

Hotel / Houseboat / Camp accommodation

Daily breakfast and dinner (unless stated otherwise)

Toll taxes, parking fees, and driver allowance

What’s Not Included

Airfare or train tickets to/from the destination 

Personal expenses (shopping, tips, etc.)

Adventure activity charges (shikara, horse riding, gondola, etc.)

Meals not mentioned in the itinerary

Travel insurance

Do I Need Travel Insurance?

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip, especially for Ladakh and high-altitude destinations. It covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage.

Group Bookings & Customization

We cater to families, couples, solo travelers, and corporate groups. Every package can be fully customized — just let us know your preferences and we’ll build an itinerary around you.

For group bookings of 10 or more people, special discounts apply. Contact us for a custom quote.

Q: How early should I book?

Book at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak season (May–August and December–January).

Q: Is it safe to travel to Kashmir and Ladakh?

Yes. We operate year-round and our team monitors conditions daily to ensure safe, smooth travel for all our guests.

Q: Can I make changes to my itinerary after booking?

Minor changes can be accommodated up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability.

Q: Do you arrange airport/railway station pickups?

Yes, pickup and drop services are available from Srinagar Airport, Jammu Airport, and Jammu Railway Station.
