Booking Confirmation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Your booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before the commencement of the tour.<\/p>

Payment Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

An advance payment of 25%\u201350% is required to confirm the booking, depending on the selected hotel category. The remaining amount must be paid prior to arrival or as mutually agreed.<\/p>

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the policies of the respective hotels and service providers. All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or message. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the necessary cancellation charges.<\/p>

Amendments \/ Changes<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Any modifications to travel dates, hotels, or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/p>

Check-in \/ Check-out<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Standard hotel check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless stated otherwise by the hotel.<\/p>

Travel Documents<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Guests are required to carry valid government-issued ID proof for hotel check-in and travel purposes.<\/p>

Vehicle Usage<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Vehicles will be provided strictly as per the agreed itinerary and will not be at disposal unless explicitly mentioned.<\/p>

Unforeseen Circumstances<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

The company shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, road closures, political disturbances, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen situations.<\/p>

Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Bonafide Holidays acts solely as a travel facilitator and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage incurred during the tour.<\/p>

Acceptance<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Confirmation of the booking implies that the guest has read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.<\/p>
